Pre-flight runs the schema-conformer rules in your browser. On-chain calls follow: claimBounty() then submitAdapter(). Tarball metadata is queued via /api/builders/submit for the open-mamba orchestrator.

SPDX header + decode_event(log) -> dict.

Required schema: fill_event_v1. Production submissions encrypt the tarball with the platform key and run reviewers inside a confidential-compute enclave (per BUILDERS_PROGRAM_GOVERNANCE.md §6).
