The service contract of a key: what a key may call and spend, what is promised, what is not, and the venue terms that flow down to you.
What it governs.
The service: the key is the product. Scopes, balances, plans and allowances; no refund of a captured line; the SLA predicate; acceptable use; screening; the venue terms that flow down.
- 01The key is the product. A key is one metered account: its scopes say what it may call, its balance or plan what it may spend, its grant under which agreement. Shown once, kept as a hash, read back by nobody. A key never signs: a payment is a transfer your wallet sends and signs.
- 02Scopes, balances, plans. A free allowance exists for a tenant’s own keys and never for a resold child key. Billing is deferred while the balance covers the call; a captured line is final; prices are the catalogue’s, changed with thirty days’ notice.
- 03What is promised. The predicate of a route: the supply delivers, the terms allow, the class is listed, the rail is live; the call is metered; the receipt is on the stream. Nothing else. Liability capped at the fees of the month.
- 04Acceptable use and screening. No unlawful use, no targeting of a private individual, no stripping of the key or the meter line. Wallets and tenants are screened; a reseller screens its customers to the level its grant names.
- 05Venue terms that flow down. Venice (end users bound by terms at least as protective, the reseller primarily liable; private models keep Venice’s privacy class), GPU hosts on the grid, n8n’s own terms for your n8n instance.
One rule, shared by every document.
Every billed unit carries a Taifoon key and produces a meter line whose legs include the ecosystem cut. A key never signs; a payment is a transfer your wallet sends and signs; a payout is signed by the Taifoon vault key under its policy.
