Taifoon Enterprise License.

The countersigned agreement for enterprises and venue partners: postpaid billing under a credit limit, negotiated cuts, and the reseller schedule in the words the contract uses.

01

What it governs.

The .ee. source and the countersigned partner agreement: postpaid invoicing under a credit limit, negotiated cuts, KYB, a DPA, liability caps, and the reseller schedule.

  1. 01What it grants. The .ee. features and the right to resell Taifoon capacity under the partner’s brand, under keys of the partner’s tenant, with the meter preserved. Postpaid invoicing, a negotiated cut schedule, KYB, a DPA, liability caps.
  2. 02The reseller schedule. Wholesale is prepaid from the reseller’s plan or balance, debited per call at the list price. What is owed per batch is child → reseller (list + markup), and the reseller invoices that itself. Taifoon’s payout of the reseller’s own earnings waits on the vault payout-choice step. A child key has no free allowance.
  3. 03Controls. The reseller sets caps at mint, re-caps, rolls and revokes any child; a child’s keys manage nothing. Termination of a customer is the revocation of its keys. Default tiers: starter 1 / 20 USDC a day / month at 2,500 bps, pro 10 / 200 at 2,000, team 50 / 1,000 at 1,500.
  4. 04Flow-down. The partner binds its customers to the Access Terms or terms at least as protective and stays primarily liable; an upstream venue’s terms flow through the partner.
02

One rule, shared by every document.

Every billed unit carries a Taifoon key and produces a meter line whose legs include the ecosystem cut. A key never signs; a payment is a transfer your wallet sends and signs; a payout is signed by the Taifoon vault key under its policy.
