VAULT GRANT · 1.0, IN FORCE FROM 2026-10-20

Vault Grant.

One signature by a tenant or vault that every key it mints inherits: scopes, a spend cap per key and period, the cuts, the screening level, the venue terms.

01

What it governs.

One signature by a tenant or vault that every key it mints inherits: the parties, the allowed scopes, the spending cap per key and period, the cuts, the screening level, the venue terms.

  1. 01The grant. Grantor, party, documents accepted, the most a minted key may hold, the spend cap per key per period, the cuts, the screening level, the upstream venue terms, and how it is signed: EIP-712 by the wallet, click-through under a key, or a countersigned contract.
  2. 02How it is kept. An acceptance is a record envelope on the stream under the key’s ref, never the key. Every key minted afterwards carries the record; a child’s calls are under the grant without a second signature. Revoking the grant stops new mints; minted keys keep their caps and their record.
  3. 03The vault. When the tenant vault is live, the vault’s sign policy is the grant’s spend cap and scopes in the box’s own words: the Taifoon vault key signs only what the policy allows.
02

One rule, shared by every document.

Every billed unit carries a Taifoon key and produces a meter line whose legs include the ecosystem cut. A key never signs; a payment is a transfer your wallet sends and signs; a payout is signed by the Taifoon vault key under its policy.
