STON.fi swaps

STON.fi v2 swaps on TON: a jetton transfer to the router, the router's swap message to the pool, the pool's pay_to back to the user (or a refund). TON is not an EVM chain: no receipt logs, no Merkle-Patricia receipt trie, so the producer's EVM lanes and its receipt proofs do not apply.
