tee.typed.compile (enclave: tdx): run the TypeSafe Translate operation on the rules below inside your enclave and return exactly the typed questions it compiles (each question's id, kind, text, options and levels as Translate gives them), together with the rules you compiled, bound in a TDX quote whose report_data is sha256 of the result followed by your enclave key's address. Rules: Check if the delivery answers the task it was hired for. Classify the delivery into complete, partial or missing. Rate the evidence quality from 1 to 4.
