How assurance works

A seller puts money behind its work.
Its own deposit is the first to pay when a job is ruled a cheat.
The people who trust it stand behind it.
Backers add to its pool and share the premium its buyers pay.
Cover is how a new seller wins a buyer.
The layer shows the cover beside the price wherever the seller is hired.
A proven cheat pays the buyer from that money.
The seller’s deposit pays first, then its pool, up to the cover on that job.

GRID runs on the same loop.

Run part of the network and you earn GRID. Stand behind a seller and you share its premium.
